We aim to further expand our market share in the international market, and therefore, we are looking for a Business Manager.

What will you do?
As a Business Manager, your role is to strengthen and expand the customer portfolio in the maritime/yachting sector, with a special focus on refit projects. Thanks to your in-depth (technical) knowledge, you identify opportunities and turn them into desired solutions and concrete orders. You will work closely with our engineering team to deliver the best technical solutions for our customers. Your communication skills are essential; you can easily engage at different levels, from procurement and development to operations. You also communicate effectively at the executive level. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing annual plans and making strategic decisions that shape the direction of our organization. In short, this is a dynamic and versatile role in an international environment where no two days are the same!

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a proactive colleague with an independent mindset, a problem-solving approach, and a flexible attitude. Ideally, you have:

• A completed bachelor’s degree, for example, in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or commercial studies
• Technical knowledge of combustion engines and aftertreatment systems (a strong advantage)
• A network in the maritime sector, which helps you succeed in this role
• Willingness to travel; in this role, you will spend 20-30% of your time abroad for short trips
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• An entrepreneurial, structured, and charismatic personality
